Report: Megyn Kelly Gets Fired On NBC following blackface comments

WASHINGTON (SBG) - Megyn Kelly will soon leave NBC, the DailyMail.com is reporting.
This news comes nearly 48 hours after the anchor apologized for her controversial comments about blackface. Earlier
in the week, Kelly hosted a segment on her program during which she
questioned why dressing up in blackface is wrong for Halloween. Social
media quickly responded, criticizing her comments. According to
the report, Kelly will be paid out of her $69 million contract. It was
also reported that her staff met with human resources at the company and
voiced their concerns about the host. Kelly was absent from her NBC morning program on Thursday.

repeats of "Megyn Kelly Today" for the remainder of the week. A network insider told DailyMail.com that Kelly is already in talks to move back to Fox News Channel.

Megyn Kelly’s attempt to go from a hard-nosed prime-time
interviewer of world leaders on Fox News to a chipper morning host at
NBC’s “Today” came to an abrupt end Friday when the network canceled her
show. But the network’s $69 million bet on Ms. Kelly—meant to add rocket fuel to its morning-show ratings—was troubled from the start.
