John Ashe, the UN General Assembly president, has been busted on corruption charges.
A former president of the U.N. General Assembly "sold himself and the global institution he led" by allegedly pocketing more than $1 million in bribes to finance a luxury spending spree, according to a federal prosecutor.What integrity? Has Ban forgotten Kofi Annan and his family? The UN is deeply corrupt.
Ashe, 61, is accused of tax fraud in an alleged conspiracy involving five others, including a billionaire Chinese businessman and a former deputy U.N. ambassador from the Dominican Republic, according to a criminal complaint.
Ashe is accused of underreporting his income by more than $1.2 million, prosecutors said.
U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon was "shocked and deeply troubled" by the allegations, which he said struck at "the heart of the integrity of the United Nations," according to spokesman Stephane Dujarric.
But while the media continues to claim that Ashe was a minor figure occupying a ceremonial post, they're carefully skipping over his Warmunist work.
Mr. Ashe has served in a leadership capacity on many of the governing bodies of major United Nations environmental agreements. He was the first Chairman of the Executive Board of the Clean Development Mechanism of the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. He also chaired the Convention’s Subsidiary Body on Implementation, and, most recently, the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol.That's from the official UN bio. Known for his abilities as a mediator, Mr. Ashe successfully led negotiations that resulted in Chapter X of the Johannesburg Plan of Implementation at the 2002 World Summit on Sustainable Development, and co-chaired the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20) in 2012. In 2004, he presided over the thirteenth session of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development, the body responsible for reviewing programmes on the implementation of Agenda 21, the blueprint for rethinking economic growth, advancing social equity and ensuring environmental protection.
ASHE also then began soliciting additional payments from LORENZO to pay for the installation of a private basketball court at ASHE’s house in Westchester County. In addition to agreeing to pay for ASHE’s family vacation and basketball court, LORENZO began paying ASHE’s wife, as a “climate change consultant” for NGO-1, in the amount of $2,500 per monthClimate change consultant is itself a scam profession. Barron’s—America’s second biggest financial newspaper—even wrote a story about Mr. Stansberry’s accurate prediction short, and called it “remarkably prescient.”
Over the years, Mr. Stansberry has made a name for himself by accurately predicting the biggest and most important collapses in America. A few of the others he’s accurately identified well in advance include: General Motors, General Growth Property (America’s biggest mall owner), D.R. Horton (a homebuilder), and Gannett newspapers, to name just a few.
Stansberry also predicted the recent collapse of oil and natural gas prices as early as 2010, when he wrote a report titled: “Peak Oil is a Flat Lie.”
Well, now Mr. Stansberry has issued another fascinating warning, about a new and looming bankruptcy.
As Mr. Stansberry writes:

It should come as no surprise that The ‘Just Society’s’ chosen candidate is Liberal Leader JUSTin Trudeau.

The latest PC move sees Francis advising Catholics to provide shelter for the refugees fleeing Syria, with no warning that in doing so they might be inviting danger into their homes.
It turns out that what the mainstream media describes as ‘refugees’ are jihadists determined to expand their caliphate by overwhelming borders.
In any case, the Almighty would certainly disapprove of the pontiff’s boast of taking two immigrant families into the tiny part of the Vatican he shares. God does not wish for any doer of charitable works to advertise them, but to keep them between themselves and Him.
People are uneasy about the pope’s upcoming visit to America, and through New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan we hear the pontiff himself admits he’s a tad nervous about it.:
“He’s a little nervous about coming,” Cardinal Dolan said at an interfaith event in New York in May. “Not that he lacks any confidence in the reception of friendship that he knows he’ll get, but he readily admits he has never been to the United States.” (New York Times, Sept. 5, 2015)
“Those who have known Francis, both before and after he became pope, say the reasons for his absence have everything to do with his distinctive identity. He is a Latin American critical of the United States’ economic and political hegemony, a Jesuit of Italian ancestry who looks more to Europe than to North America, a Spanish speaker who is not all that comfortable speaking English, and a pastor who disdains “airport bishops” — his term for prelates who spend more time jetting around the globe than serving in their dioceses.The Pope’s not “opposed to all America represents”, but Obama to whom the pope is coming to pay homage, is.
“He is not opposed to all America represents. But he is troubled by privileged people and nations that consume more than their share and turn their backs on the vulnerable. The message he will probably deliver when he comes, they say, is that the United States has been blessed with great gifts, but that from those to whom much is given, much is expected.”
If the pontiff is “a little nervous about coming” to America, perhaps he should listen to his inner voice and stay home.
Americans, and westerners in general, need a break from the bitter criticism of all its detractors, including that of the anti-American president.
No good ever came out of Obama. No good comes from the overbearing United Nations.
Humanity will not buy into exaggerated man-made global warming alarmism just because it is being espoused by a visiting pope.
The very idea of a pope addressing the United Nations where Gaia and not Christianity is the religion of favour is enough to send shudders down the back bones of people of faith.
From the lips of people of faith to the Almighty: Please keep Francis in Rome where prayers for persecuted Christians worldwide are so sorely needed, rather than coming to the stage to boost Obama and the U.N. before a watching helpless world.

President Obama said Monday he supports the recommendations of a military commission that would reduce the size of traditional military retirement pay by about 20 percent and offer a new defined-contribution benefit for troops who leave before 20 years of service.
In a letter to congressional leaders, Mr. Obama said the proposals are “an important step forward in protecting the long-term viability of the all-volunteer force, improving quality-of-life for service members and their families, and ensuring the fiscal sustainability of the military compensation and retirement systems.”
Mr. Obama said he has directed his advisers to refine some recommendations, and that the White House will report to Congress on any proposed changes by April 30.
The Military Compensation and Retirement Modernization Commission issued a report in January report calling for shrinking the size of traditional military retirement pay by about 20 percent and offering a defined-contribution benefit for troops who separate before 20 years of service. Lawmakers of both parties raised sharp questions about the panel’s stated belief that the changes will satisfy service members while also saving money for the Treasury.
The commission’s proposal include decreasing the “multiplier” that the Pentagon uses to calculate traditional retirement pensions from 2.5 to 2.0, lowering the initial value of retirement checks by 20 percent.

The Senate voted 56–43 in favor of Lynch, approving her with help of Sens. Kelly Ayotte (N.H.), Thad Cochran (Miss.), Susan Collins (Maine), Jeff Flake (Ariz.), Lindsey Graham (S.C.), Orrin Hatch (Utah), Ron Johnson (Wis.), Mark Kirk (Ill.), Rob Portman (R-Ohio) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).
A spokeswoman for Cruz downplayed the missed vote by saying “if the Senate could get 60 votes for cloture, they could get 51 for final confirmation.” Cloture was the vote to end debate earlier in the day, when the Senate voted to end debate on the Lynch nomination by a 66-34 vote.
Much of the GOP’s opposition to Lynch was due to her support for Obama’s executive action on immigration. During her confirmation hearing, Lynch said she believes Obama’s plan was consistent with the Constitution, drawing outrage from Republicans who have said it’s an end-run around Congress.
Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), the most vocal Republican against Obama’s plan, said the Senate shouldn’t confirm Lynch to be the nation’s top law enforcement officer given her support for what he has called an illegal move by Obama.
However, it became clear a few weeks ago that Lynch had just enough GOP support to pass the Senate by a simple majority.
The vote followed several months of delay in the Senate, prompting Democrats to argue that Lynch was the most-delayed attorney general nominee ever. Republicans argued that it was Democrats who agreed to start the confirmation process this year, instead of late 2014.

1. Disregarded 1996 welfare reform law in granting broad work waivers for work requirements of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
2. Implemented portions of the DREAM Act, which Congress rejected, by executive action.
3. Ended some terror asylum restrictions, by allowing asylum for people who provided only “insignificant” or “limited” material support of terrorists.
4. Allowed immigrants in the U.S. illegally, who are relatives of military troops and veterans, to stay in the country and get legal status.
5. Extended federal marriage benefits by recognizing, under federal law, same-sex marriages created in a state that allows same-sex marriage even if the couple is living in a state that doesn’t recognize same-sex marriage.
6. Recognized same-sex marriage in Utah, even though the Supreme Court stayed the court order recognizing same-sex marriage in Utah and Utah said it would not recognize same-sex marriages performed before the stay.
7. Refused to prosecute violation of drug laws with certain mandatory minimums.
8. Issued signing statements, refusing to enforce parts of congressional-enacted statutes.
9. Illegally refused to act on Yucca Mountain’s application to become a nuclear waste repository.

Obama Nominee to Replace Holder Accused of Cheating Victims Out of 40 Million Dollars

Loretta Lynch, Obama’s choice to replace Eric Holder stands accused of withholding information from victims of Felix Sater, who ran a pump and dump stock scheme. Paul Cassell, a professor of law at the University of Utah. notified senate aides and leaders that they should be doing an inquiry of Lynch’s handling of the case. The issue has to do with prospective defendants who turn state’s evidence. Lynch did have the right to shield Sater from prison time, however she was obligated to notify Sater’s victims that he had been sentenced, making them eligible to receive the 40 million he stole from them back.
The investigation would reveal that by not notifying the victims, Sater was able to keep the money he stole and since the sentencing was secret, his reputation was left intact and made it possible for him to continue running his money making scams. This is a direct violation of the Crime Victims Restitution Act. It would also allow a criminal to profit from his criminal enterprise which is also a violation of the law.
Lynch’s office and the Department of Injustice are claiming that she did nothing wrong, but failed to explain why Sater was allowed to keep the 40 million he stole and why victims were denied their rights under the Crime Victims Restitution Act.
Currently, the scurvy republicans in the Senate have not started an investigation and are seen as being willing dupes for the Obama administration. Lynch is seen as the continuance of a Holder Justice Department and cowardly republicans have said they will tend to vote for confirmation.

Sheriff David Clarke Blasts Obama, Holder, And Sharpton Over the Handling Of Ferguson Situation And Poverty
The sheriff began by unleashing on Holder for his statements when he threw police officers “under the bus,” suggesting they patrol just looking to kill black people.
“He claims he wants justice for all, but apparently he doesn’t want justice for police officers,” Clarke said.
Then the sheriff laid into Obama for his most recent White House meeting, which Clarke classified as a “Kabuki theater.” Had he attended the meeting, the sheriff said he would have asked the president why, if he was so concerned about the anger and unrest in the black community, he did not take an action that would actually work?
“Why do you continue, Mr. President, to support anti-poverty programs and initiatives that have worsened poverty over the last 50, 60 years… If you want to do us a favor at the local level, why don’t you issue an executive order calling for an audit of every anti-poverty agency initiative in America, and let’s stop propping up this welfare state that has done nothing more than hook these individuals living in these American ghettos on the high of handouts?”
Megyn Kelly then asked the sheriff about Al Sharpton and if he thought he was a genuine guy.
He said he did not, calling Sharpton a “charlatan” and a “provocateur,” and finished by saying that, while he has a lot of respect for the office of the president, he would have to question anyone who took the judgment of Mr. Sharpton seriously.

guessing you’re coming up a little short in the ‘good role model’
department. Nevertheless, stretch yourself. Rise to the occasion. Act
like being in the White House matters to you. Dress like you deserve
respect, not a spot at a bar. And certainly don’t make faces during
televised public events.
First Daughters join President Obama at the ceremony every year, where
they can hardly contain their disdain for the lame dad jokes that
predictably follow. Before approaching Mac and Cheese, the two turkeys,
the president remarked that it was "puzzling that I do this every year."
Malia even declined her father's offer to pet one of the pardoned
turkeys with a nonchalant, "Nah."
Lauten later apologized for rushing to judgment on Facebook.
"I
reacted to an article and quickly judged the two young ladies in a way
that I would never have wanted to be judged myself as a teenager," she said.
"After many hours of prayer, talking to my parents and re-reading my
words online, I can see more clearly how hurtful my words were. Please
know that these judgmental feelings truly have no pace in my heart.
Furthermore, I'd like to apologize to all of those who I have hurt and
offended with my words, and pledge to learn and grow (and I assure you I
have) from this experience."

You might not like where you have to pick it up, where it is going, the road to be traveled, or possibly for a Muslim, the product you are transporting.
If the driver chooses to voice those concerns, the answer in most cases would be the same. In some form or other, the he would be told to deal with it, reminded of the delivery time and the conversation would be over.
That was the case recently for two Muslim truck drivers who claim to have felt that their religion precluded them from transporting alcohol. The trucking company didn’t force the issue, but they did make it clear that drivers are expected to take the loads they are assigned and informed them of where to park their rigs. That should have been the end of the story, with both parties free to act within their rights.
That wasn’t the end, though. We’ve entered into a new phase in America, the Totalitarianism of Tolerance, where race-baiters, homosexuals and Muslims are special and deserving of more rights than the common folk.

If they had accepted jobs as bartenders and then refused to mix drinks, would the EEOC have acted in the same manner? Delivering alcohol is part of the duties these guys signed up for. If they don’t like it, they are free to go to work somewhere that doesn’t transport alcohol. They chose the wrong company. Things happen.
What is the federal government doing involved?
Had these men been treated differently from the drivers as a whole, then an inequality would have existed and perhaps the EEOC would have had a legitimate concern. Treating them the same as all other drivers only makes them more in compliant with the Equality of Opportunity that the EEOC is supposed to guarantee.

PEORIA, Ill. – Star Transport, Inc., a trucking company based in Morton, Ill., violated federal law by failing to accommodate two employees because of their religion, Islam, and discharging them, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.More accommodation for the special class of Muslims in America, and we are importing more of them every day, courtesy of B. Hussein Obama. This effort to raise Muslims and others above the average “unclean” American with traditional values continues. The government has an agenda to meet.
The lawsuit alleged that Star Transport refused to provide two employees with an accommodation of their religious beliefs when it terminated their employment because they refused to deliver alcohol. According to EEOC District Director John P. Rowe, who supervised administrative investigation prior to filing the lawsuit, “Our investigation revealed that Star could have readily avoided assigning these employees to alcohol delivery without any undue hardship, but chose to force the issue despite the employees’ Islamic religion.”
Failure to accommodate the religious beliefs of employees, when this can be done without undue hardship, violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of religion. The EEOC filed suit, (EEOC v. Star Transport, Inc., Civil Action No. 13 C 01240-JES-BGC, U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois in Peoria, assigned to U.S. District Judge James E. Shadid), after first attempting to reach a voluntary settlement through its statutory conciliation process. The agency seeks back pay and compensatory and punitive damages for the fired truck drivers and an order barring future discrimination and other relief.
John Hendrickson, the EEOC Regional Attorney for the Chicago District Office said, “Everyone has a right to observe his or her religious beliefs, and employers don’t get to pick and choose which religions and which religious practices they will accommodate. If an employer can reasonably accommodate an employee’s religious practice without an undue hardship, then it must do so. That is a principle which has been memorialized in federal employment law for almost50 years, and it is why EEOC is in this case.”
The EEOC’s Chicago District Office is responsible for processing charges of discrimination, administrative enforcement and the conduct of agency litigation in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and North and South Dakota, with Area Offices in Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
