Tammy Bruce: What Hillary's desire to run Facebook really tells us
We learned about Clinton’s desire to run the social media giant from a question posed to her during an event at Harvard University where she was receiving an award for her “leadership.” This for a woman who didn’t even have the courage to face her distraught supporters on election night 2016, own the defeat and tell them the truth. As her lackey John Podesta was lying to the confused and crying crowd at her election night party about it not being over, she was on the phone conceding to her rival Donald Trump.
“Speaking at Harvard University before receiving an award Friday, Clinton was asked a hypothetical. … If Clinton could be chief executive of any company right now, which company would she choose? ‘Facebook,’ Clinton said without hesitating,” the Los Angeles Times reported.
“Clinton said that she’d want to be in charge of the social media giant because of the immense power it has over the world’s flow of information. ‘It’s the biggest news platform in the world … but most people in our country get their news, true or not, from Facebook,” according to the newspaper.
It makes sense that the woman who set up bootlegged email servers and installed them in her bathroom while secretary of state would like to run Facebook. It’s apparent her goal, since she was guaranteed to win the race (you know there are insurance policies for that, right?), was to make sure she controlled the flow of information.
She accomplished this by resorting to those unofficial (and unprotected) servers, roping off media like cattle, refusing interviews, and trusting in her legacy media sycophants to make sure the party line was never disturbed.
Then there was that damn internet. Her media put up with being roped off, but then pictures of it hit the Web, and folks in flyover country weren’t impressed. Then, looking wobbly and unwell two months before the election, she had to leave a Sept. 11 event, collapsing into the back of a van. But that was OK because the press pool was told to not follow her, and they obeyed.
But then there was some guy with a damn phone who didn’t get the order to not see anything, and his video of her being obviously ill and apparently fainting ended up on, yes, the damn internet.
The Clinton effort during the campaign to weave an alternate reality failed, in large part because social media didn’t let her get away with it.
The Clintons understand the deleterious impact of the Internet on scoundrels. In 1998, Newsweek dutifully spiked a story about Bill Clinton having an affair with a White House intern. Then some unknown blogger named Matt Drudge had the gall to publish it. A nobody (at the time) on the internet ruined their control of information. Twenty-one years later, millions more nobodies (you can call them deplorables) continued the American tradition of speaking truth to power.
The difference in a generation was the addition of Facebook and Twitter to the equation. Her excited Facebook admission reveals her ongoing obsession with controlling what people are allowed to know. We know Hillary Clinton well, and it’s fair to say that her interest in running the news and social media entity has nothing to do with defending and increasing the free flow of information.
The twice-failed presidential candidate was receiving “Harvard’s Radcliffe Medal for her leadership, human rights work and ‘transformative impact on society,’ ” the Daily Mail reported. The people of Libya would probably be surprised by that. As would our abandoned heroes in Benghazi, who were murdered. Fewer voices generally do make it easier for the establishment to give itself awards.
But Clinton didn’t stop at musing about CEO jobs. She had a dire warning for the crowd at Harvard: “Right now we are living through a crisis in our democracy. … I say this not as a Democrat who lost an election [um, yes, she is], but an American afraid of losing a country.”
Let’s look at what Clinton and her Democratic Party pals consider a crisis. Since the election of President Trump, we’ve accomplished:
• The destruction of ISIS.
• The release of 17 American hostages who had been held across the globe.
• The largest tax cut in history.
• Record low unemployment overall.
• Record low unemployment of women, blacks and Hispanics, specifically.
• Rising wages.
• Consumer confidence at an 18-year high.
• Household income at a 50-year high.
• 2.5 million people off food stamps.
America is blossoming again, and the fact that it’s a crisis for the establishment tells you everything you need to know.
Nevada Opens Criminal Investigation of Hillary’s Campaign
The state of Nevada has received an official complaint from an unidentified person or persons and have announced an official criminal investigation. Remember, Nevada has a republican governor and Attorney General, making it impossible for Hillary getting preferential treatment for breaking the law like she gets from Obama, Lynch and Kerry. James O’Keefe and his Project Veritas team filmed blatant and open violations of Nevada’s laws.
The policy they have been following is do anything you can get away with. If you get caught, just apologize. They were advocating for the democrat party and specifically for Hillary which is illegal. Only licensed persons are allowed to register people to vote. On top of that they were handing out Hillary campaign literature. All of these violations are felonies. Hillary cannot be held personally accountable but all of her campaign workers can.
The most egregious offense comes from Nevada attorney Christina Gupana. She is a lawyer for Hillary for America. She directed campaign workers to break laws and gave them advice on how not to get caught. As an attorney, she is forbidden to do either of these things and will probably face disbarment proceedings.
The video clearly shows Hillary’s campaign workers laughing about how they break Nevada’s laws and how they get away with it. There was no effort to hide it. Wayne Thorley, deputy secretary for elections commented on the pending investigation:
“We do have an official complaint referencing the video. The complaint was filed 2:30 local Nevada Time today. We will be investigating the complaint.”
“We can confirm that we are aware of the video and we will look into what’s on the video.”
Attorney Gupana has removed the website for her law practice after being seen on the video offering the following advice to campaign workers:
“Do whatever you can. Whatever you can get away with, just do it, until you get kicked out, like totally.”

High-Level Clinton Campaign Staff Caught on Video Knowingly Breaking the Law Here is the Project Veritable videos:
Billary Clinton: 'RAISE TAXES ON THE MIDDLE CLASS!' Billary Clinton Has A Major Racist Meltdown On Video
Billary clinton Can Still Be Convicted Child Abductor caught stealing children in Haiti...with Slick Willie and Killary Klinton...YIKES!!! John Harber·Thursday, November 3, 2016 From Trese Pratt: Convicted child abductor was caught stealing children in Haiti WITH THE CLINTONS! The individual in question is one Laura Silsby, former director of The New Life Children's Refuge. She was caught trying to steal 33 children from the country, most of whom were not even orphans and had families. Hillary has a LONG history of interest in Ms. Silsby. Wikileak emails dating back till at least 2001 have been found in her archives discussing Laura's NGO. https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/3776 . Laura had claimed she planned to build an orphanage in the Dominican Republic, but authorities in the country said she never submitted an application for this purpose. They instead located to Haiti. Additional Sources: https://wikileaks.org/plusd/cables/10BUENOSAIRES166_a.html https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/3465 On the night of January 29, the missionaries were arrested while trying to cross the Dominican border without proper authorization. They denied any wrongdoing and maintained that they were doing God's will by helping orphaned victims of the quake. [11] https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/2772 The children were sent to the SOS Children's Village orphanage in Croix-des-Bouquets, a suburb of Port-au-Prince, and it became clear that most (if not all) of them were not orphans.[12] NLCR missionaries maintained that they were told that the children were orphaned. In turn, people in Calebasse and SOS Children's Villages accused the missionaries of lying about their intentions. [9][12] Although the children's relatives were told that they would be able to visit them and eventually take them back, the NLCR's mission statement clearly outlined plans for adoption.[1][9] Huma Abedin was constantly forwarding Hillary articles on this woman's organization: https://en.wikipedia.org/…/New_Life_Children%27s_Refuge_case "One of Clinton’s first tasks in Haiti, however, was to put out the fire of a child abduction scandal involving American citizens.44 On January 29, 2010, less than three weeks after the earthquake, Haitian authorities arrested ten U.S. Baptist missionaries for attempting to take 33 children by bus across the border into the Dominican Republic without proper documentation.45 A week later, the missionaries were charged with child kidnapping and criminal association.46 While the missionaries claimed good intentions and ignorance of Haitian laws, Haitian prosecutors argued that there had been intentional wrongdoing.47 In the course of a month, President Clinton brokered the release of all the missionaries, except for the group leader, Laura Silsby." http://harvardhrj.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/King.pdf One of the first things Hillary did when she took over the scene in Haiti was to get Laura off the hook: http://harvardhrj.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/King.pdf And the attorney who represented Laura Silsby? A Project Veritas Action investigator caught Molly Barker, the Director of Marketing for Hillary Clinton’s national campaign, knowingly breaking campaign finance law by accepting a straw donation from a foreign national.
Contributions from foreign nationals are illegal under FEC election law. Straw donations (contributions made in the name of another person) are illegal under FEC election law.
These are not volunteers or low-level staffers in remote outposts. These are top campaign aides. The illegal transaction took place at Clinton’s campaign kickoff event in New York.
An undercover Project Veritas Action investigator happened to be standing in line next to a Canadian citizen at the merchandise tent at the Hillary kickoff event. The Canadian wanted to purchase a shirt. However, purchases of campaign materials are explicitly treated as contributions under FEC law – they’re illegal for foreign nationals or corporations.
Our investigator asked: “So Canadians can’t buy them, but Americans can buy it for them?”
Barker replied: “Not technically; you would just be making the donation.”
Minutes after admitting that this would be an illegal straw contribution from a foreign national, and minutes after being informed by the Compliance Manager that the campaign could not accept the contribution, Barker accepted the illegal contribution.
The FEC laws were written to prevent foreign money from influencing American elections. They are very specific – even going so far as covering merchandise purchases – in order to prevent the laundering of foreign money into campaigns through sales of overpriced merchandise. (Every federal campaign requires anyone purchasing merchandise online to affirm that they are a citizen and not making the purchase on behalf of anyone else before they’re allowed to submit the credit card transaction.)
We already know that the Clinton campaign warned their staffers to be on the lookout for Project Veritas Action investigators. We already know they’re worried.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz asked to resign by constituents over Iran decision
Seething from her announcement in support of the Iran nuclear deal, constituents from Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz's
district have called for her to resign her office immediately for
having betrayed the will of her voters. Schultz, who had delayed
announcing her position on the deal and under severe pressure from many
of her constituents to renounce the deal, on Sunday, Sept. 6 said she
would support the Iran nuclear agreement.
In a five-and-half-page statement released to The Miami Herald on Sunday, Debbie Wasserman Schultz outlined her reasoning for supporting the agreement.
“I have subsequently come to the conclusion that the agreement promotes the national security interests of the United States and our allies and merits my vote of support ...” she wrote. “This agreement is not perfect. But I join many in the belief that with complex, multilateral, nuclear non-proliferation negotiations with inherent geopolitical implications for the entire world, there is no such thing as a ‘perfect’ deal.”
It didn’t take long for thousands of Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s constituents to call for her “immediate resignation for having betrayed the trust of those who voted for her” and for “going against the will of the majority of her constituents.” An August Quinnipiac poll showed Florida voters oppose the pact 61 percent to 25 percent.
Just last week, hundreds of protestors gathered outside of Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s Aventura, Florida office to urge her to vote against the Iran nuclear agreement.
Many of the protestors accused Schultz – who also is the Chair of the Democratic National Committee and an avid advocate for the policies of President Barack Obama – of hedging her bets on the Iran deal for purposes of political expediency while giving a backseat to the existential threat a nuclear Iran poses to Israel. Schultz’s district has the second highest percentage of Jews in the state.
"If she can live with herself and sleep at night and have blood on her hands, then so be it. That's her choice," said Racheli Refaael, who is against the deal.
David Leo, who lives in Aventura, part of Wasserman Schultz’s district and home to a large number of Jewish residents is one of the leaders of the “Wasserman Schultz Must Go” movement. He said that Debbie Wasserman Schultz has placed her role as DNC Chairwoman and as Obama’s “head cheerleader” above the security of Israel and the United States.
“This is nothing more than a politically expedient decision with no regard to the true will of her constituents and the country as a whole,” said Leo. “She is a self-serving politician; a narcissist whose only concern is being re-elected. Not this time, Debbie.”
First elected to Congress in 2003, Debbie Wasserman Schultz has never held a job in the private sector and has worked as either a political staffer or publicly elected official since graduating from college in 1990. Some have levied charges against Schultz that she’s come to view her elected office as an “entitlement program.”
Leo says that Debbie Wasserman Schultz has tried to paint her decision as one based on factual analysis, consultations with national security advisors and classified information. But the reality is, says Leo, Wasserman Schultz’s decision was a foregone conclusion, one based solely on what she believes is in the best interests of Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
“The Jewish community is not a stupid community,” said Leo. “We’ve supported Debbie Wasserman Schultz in the past in part because she is one of our own and someone we thought would act in the best interests of America and our most reliable ally in the Middle East, Israel. Clearly, we were wrong. With Debbie it’s all about Debbie. That’s an irrefutable fact.”
Leo said he thinks that hundreds of thousands of voters will sign a petition being circulated around South Florida calling for Wasserman Schultz to resign immediately.
“Debbie’s gone too far this time,” said Leo. “Widespread condemnation is mounting. She will not be re-elected. Count on it.”
