AutoTrader has a new app on its Facebook
page aimed at engaging fans who are in the market for a new or used
car. By using the app while logged into Facebook, consumers can search
for automobiles by body style, make/model, year and price range.
The AutoTrader Facebook app also allows users to share the cars they are looking at with their Facebook friends. Sharing car choices with friends on Facebook is a great way to get feedback when in the midst of a car buying decision.
AutoTrader currently has slightly over 11,800 fans on Facebook. Adding the new app may drive more interest to the site - Facebook users who are already logged in don't have to leave the popular social networking site to seach for their next car.
If you are in the market for a new or used car, go 'like' AutoTrader.com on Facebook and check out the new "search cars" tab on the left sidebar of the Facebook page.
